Best speakers out there for the money you can read my above comment
Very nice speakers and easy installation. Invest in an oscillating multi-tool to cut the holes in drywall. The magnetic screens are really nice! I’m not an audiophile, but the sound is amazing!
I bought this kit for a ~400sf game room paired SVS cylindrical 12″ sub. Sounds awesome and was fairly easy to install, except for the center channel where I ran into some problems with diagonal studs making it placement difficult. I watched the video about mounting part of the speaker over the stud and cut off one off the dog-ears to do so. I ended up having to cut away part of the frame at the corner (due to the extra thickness) with a Dremel to make it lay flush with the drywall. Worked out okay since it is screwed into a 2×6 stud that should make up for the missing frame material. These speakers sound excellent and appear very well made just as shown in the photos. I feel I got a great deal with the this kit because you can easily spend $800 on just 1 or 2 name brand speakers, but I got all 7+airbrush! I was a bit worried buying these speakers without much to go on but the technical info and reviews on this site, but my fears were unfounded and I am very happy with my purchase.
We installed them in the sofit of a really large family room (35′ by 20′) and they sound grate with Samsung 3D TV. Action movies are really cool. Haven’t had the chance to play any music yet. We ran into some issues with finding the time to physically install the speakers (timing on our part, nothing to do with the speakers) so we just got them in last week. Ask me again in 30 days when I have had the chance to really test them out!
So far, so good. Easy to install.
Only one question – can you paint the grills? It looks like you would clog up the holes in the grills, but thought I would ask.

INWALLSTORE: You can paint them IF you’re very careful. The mesh on this series is so fine that it really takes some patience. But I painted my personal speakers with success, but we’ve been getting a lot of questions about this topic. Brian

No damage in shipping packageing adequate
Templates with the speakers provided multiple options which was great.
I have a Pioneer Elite VSX-42 receiver, I use comcast cable service, once hooked up I used the automatic balance method with provided mic. My room is 11.5 feet wide 17 feet long with 11 foot ceiling.
The sound has been great so far.
