I placed an order for 2 volume controls in the late morning, and due to an issue with the ordering system (cause unknown) I apparently placed 3 identical orders. I received an email in the early afternoon explaining this and asking if I just wanted one order of two items, which I confirmed. I received my order on my front doorstep early the next morning, less than 24 hours from placing the initial order. I was amazed at the speed of delivery and thankful that they didn’t just ship me 3 orders to be resolved later. Two thumbs up and five stars from me!

I now own 4 of these volume controls throughout my house. I’d get more if needed, and I’d recommend. Especially easy to install since the wire connectors snap in and out of place.
I’ve got 2 remote zones (Kitchen and Patio) I added this indoor volume control to compliment the outdoor one I already had. Now I’ve got great sound control in both locations.
